Eastholme In The Rockies, Cascade, Colorado
Cascade Colorado Bed and Breakfast near Pikes Peak
Located in Historic Eastholme Hotel, built in 1885 as a small resort hotel in the Victorian style and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Nestled in the mountain community of Cascade in Pike National Forest, directly across the valley from the road to Pikes Peak. All rooms boast original Eastholme furnishings - antique Eastlake style. The interior has been recently redecorated to reflect the warm ambience of days gone by. The large parlor with its woodburning fireplace is furnished with rich upholstered pieces, polished wood, piano original to Eastholme, television, oriental area rug, lush ferns, palms and glorious accent decorations. The entry off the forty foot porch serves as the check in point. The spacious dining room can seat 24 cozily (our maximum), dressed in lace tablecloths and Mission style furnishings. The six guest rooms & 2 cottages have individual personalities to match their names and many windows to marvel at Colorado's beauty. New wedding gazebo!
Location, location, location! The scent of pine, magnificent mountain views, quiet neighborhood, and so close to all the sights.
Purchased in June of 1995 by interior designer and artist Ms. Terry Thompson, Eastholme has taken on the fresh, comfortable ambience of a lovely Victorian home. Perfect for family reunions and retreats.
Terry is ready to pamper you and invite you to fully enjoy Eastholme, and the entire Ute Pass area. Exquisite gourmet breakfasts are presented beautifully each morning with fresh baked bread and pastries, fresh fruit and an array of juices. Delightful conversion is the order of the day.
