Summer visits during summer days, leaving cool nights that are wonderful for sleeping with open windows. Share an old-fashioned Dinner/Hayride to a mountain meadow to watch the sun set and the stars come out. In the winter, that same northern weather makes the WV Highlands a perfect place for enjoying snow. One of our 10-year-old guests made snow forts, sledded, and ate snow ice cream. His comment?
