www.lnstar.com/mall/smith My Bed and Breakfast is non tradional..in that it is it is a whole house guest house. It is furnished in Texas Primitives and sleeps sleeps 5 in a king size, double and single bed.

The front room is a sitting/sleeping room, complete with antique wicker sofa, rockers, desk, TV, King size bed. The middle room has a single and double bed, chairs, vanity, and wardrobe.

The kitchen is a collectors dream...1920 gas stove, refrigerator, table and chairs for 6, tin top cabinet, old fashioned sink with skirted cabinet and just out the back door, a private fenced deck with BBQ Grill and benches.

There is a large bathroom/dressing room with large shower and antique lavatory..big fluffy towels. Collectible samplers and advertising tins as well as vintage quilts are on display and some for sale.

The exterior of the guest house is of pressed tin, thus the name...Smith's Tin House. It was first a one room church in the early twenties, later the home of Johnson City's newspaper..The Record Courier. Lyndon B. Johnson's mother was the editor of the paper and he was her 'printers devil'. It is in the historical district of Johnson City.
