The Old Town GuestHouse was newly built in 1997 as a bed and breakfast. The 3 story building is in perfect harmony with the 1859 period construction of Historic Old Colorado City. The bed and breakfast is tucked in among quaint boutiques, galleries, antiques shops and restaurants. The GuestHouse has modern amenities which include private hot tubs, steam showers, fireplaces, private porches and decks, in-room cable TV, VCR, phones, refrigerators, large private bathrooms with double sinks. The rooms have been architecturally designed to offer maximum privacy, luxury and safety. A special guestroom exceeds ADA guidelines for disabled traveler. The GuestHouse was recently admitted to the Urban Inn Association which recognizes a national collection of outstanding inns serving the specific needs of the business traveler. There is a 20 person private conference room available. Whatever your plans, the GuestHouse will be a retreat for a private romantic adult escape or a respite after a long business day.
