Originally the boarding house offered a good bed and a hot meal for the farmers and ranchers and even expectant mothers who lived too far from Ainsworth, the shopping hub of north central Nebraska, to get back home the same day. Our huge country breakfast consists of fruit, main dishes, breads and hash brown potatoes, made from locally grown potatoes.
Just five hours from Lincoln, Omaha or Rapid City, SD; 2.5 hours to Grand Island, Norfolk, Chadron or Sioux City, IA; 2 hours to North Platte, the Ainsworth Airport will accommodate small jets.
