The Inn is located on the historical Monroe Corridor, three blocks from the University of Northern Colorado and downtown Greeley. The unique octagonal three story structure, was constructed in 1997. The wrap around verandah, with rocking chairs and benches, is your first opportunity to relax and enjoy our great Colorado weather as you begin you Sod Buster Inn experience. Once inside, in the rotunda area, you can look up to the skylight in the cupola on the third floor.
The openness of the Great Room, with its comfortable furnishings and warm and inviting fireplace, offers a complete entertainment center and bookcases filled with reading materials.
The dining area adjoins the Great Room allowing you to use this area as a game or work space.
All ten rooms have been designed and furnished with your comfort and safety in mind. The Inn has fire sprinklers, alarms and security door locks. Though each room offers separate and distinct antique and classic country furnishings, all rooms offer a king or queen bed, desk with modem port and telephone, seating, reading lamps and private baths.
The Inn is a non-smoking Inn and has an English Bull Dog named Mame Kline, in residence. The Inn can accommodate individuals requiring special needs.
