Welcome to Nova Scotia's longest operating inn, offering up to date, restored and renovated accommodations. The Eldridges, Will Hen and wife Cad established the inn in 1890 to accomodate the growing numbers of travelers visiting Digby Neck, and Sandy Cove. The tradition of welcoming guests has been upheld by Dixie & Bob Van and family for the past 25 years.

We are looking forward to welcoming our 50,000th guest before the millenium! The Olde Village Inn, Sandy Cove's beaches, waterfall, lookoff, trails and Digby Neck's bountiful ecosystem are "a must" to savour the flavour of "Nova Scotia's best kept secret," to quote a past minister of tourism.
