You can stroll to Tin City, the Naples port area for fishing and boating, the Naples Visitors' Naples, from there you can catch a day trip to Key West and back. Leave in the morning, have breakfast and dinner on the boat, shop for five hours in Key West, and return to the Lemon Tree in time for a night cap.
