Litco Farms is a family oriented and family operated B&B. We were one of the "original three" B&B's in the Cooperstown area and for many years we were the only one welcoming families with children. Our 1820's converted farm house is on 70 acres, with an 8 acre beaver pond and nature trails. We also have an in ground pool for recreation and relaxation. We serve a hearty, full, country, family-style breakfast at 8:30 every morning.
