Pacific Breeze is situated on 4.25 acres covered with natural Morro Manzanita and Scrub Oaks. Abundant wildlife can be seen on the property, including deer, quail, fox, and bobcat. All seaside activities are readily available and fine evening dining is located within a short distance. Your stay at Pacific Breeze begins with evening wine and hors d’oeuvres in either the great room in the main house or in the privacy of your own living area. Guests are treated to a tour of the property and socializing, if desired, with other guests. The magnificent sunsets can be viewed from the large decks that surround the house. You are welcome to borrow a book or check out a video or CD from the libraries. Morning brings the smell of salt air mingled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. A sumptuous breakfast is served between 8 and 10 AM. However, the cooks are flexible and other arrangements can be made to meet your needs. You may eat breakfast in either your suite or in the main dining room. Breakfast varies from day to day, but it typically includes fresh fruit, an egg dish, fresh breads, award-winning home-made granola, juices, teas, and fresh coffee. Your special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

The Ocean Suite is separate from the main house. It features a full kitchen and a living area with gas fireplace, stereo, TV, VCR, telephone, and eating and sitting areas. The bedroom has a king-size bed, large closets and a spacious bath with soaking tub and shower.
¨ The Bay Suite is located within the main house in its own wing. It features a microwave, small refrigerator, a living area with stereo, TV, VCR, telephone, eating & sitting areas, and a queen Murphy bed. The bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. The bathroom is located off the suite’s living area and has a walk-in shower.
