The Inn at Kinney Hill, an elegant country manor house 40 miles north of Boston, is situated on a hilltop with magnificent views of the countryside and seacoast. Its motto "Where service is a way of life" is reflected in the daily operation of the Inn.

The accommodations consist of 3 luxury rooms and 1 suite, each designed with its own personality and with guests' comfort in mind. No detail has been overlooked, from the welcoming sherry in crystal decanters to afternoon tea served on English Bone China. a Gourmet Breakfast is served in the inn's formal dining room at an antique Sheraton Table, set with Wedgewood China and Waterford Crystal. When the weather cools, the fireplaces in the library and dining room are set to enhance the effect of romance and elegance.

Guests are invited to indulge themselves in the luxury of the inn's on site amenities such as the indoor swimming pool heated to a perfect 80 F or the endless coffee pot set up in a nook. For outdoorsmen, there is a beaver pond and nature trails great for birdwatching. A list of birds spotted at the inn is available to birdwatchers. The innkeepers will also happily assist sightseers plan their excursions.
