On the way to the Grand Canyon and many other local attractions, Lynn’s Inn is the first downtown bed and breakfast in Flagstaff. Walking west only a few blocks is Lowell Observatory, where the planet Pluto was discovered. South of the Inn is Northern Arizona University campus, one of Arizona’s first teachers colleges.

Nestled in a low traffic, historic setting of town, Lynn’s Inn provides three special rooms. One, a king size bed suite, the other two are queen size rooms. All are provided with quality linens, private bath, and views of the city and mountains.

The aroma of a gourmet breakfast to live for will awaken guests at Lynn’s Inn. The personal touch of our own favorite recipes, like Nanny’s pound cake will delight our guests.

The ambiance of the Inn is enhanced by the presence of heirloom antiques; local musicians make weekly appearances; and original art work is on display for your enjoyment.
