The Sardy House is one of Aspen's finest Victorians, built in 1892, and now an elegant hotel and restaurant where guests enjoy the unexpected and the ultimate in pampered luxury. The 14 guest rooms and 6 suites are graciously appointed in the Victorian tradition with cherry wood armoires and beds, Laura Ashley feather comforters and bathrooms with whirlpool baths and heated towel bars.



Our complimentary full breakfast begins with fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh ground coffee, and home-baked fruit breads. Guests enjoy their choice of Eggs Benedict, Blueberry Pancakes or Omelette du jour, just to name a few.



In the evening, our Victorian dining room charms with soft candlelight, classical music and romance. Our house specialties include Colorado Rack of Lamb, Caribou Tenderloin and Sea Bass. The Sardy House is perfect for private parties, weddings or receptions.
