The Hounds Tooth Inn is a newly constructed 12 room Victorian Hotel on 3 1/2 acres in the tourist community of Oakhurst. The Inn is 10 minutes from Bass Lake and 12 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park.
The style is quaint and charming, but built with all modern conveniences. Each room is tastefully decorated, some flowery and some more tailored. Some of the rooms offer amenities such as spas or fireplaces. Breakfast is a fixed menu buffet served in the sitting room.
The little town of Oakhurst offers seasonal theater, great dining and small shops plus antique treasure hunting. The area is great for winter, spring, summer and fall activities.
