A Miner Indulgence is a 35 year old brick colonial home that includes all of the modern comforts in an atmosphere of country elegance. Located on a small wooded bluff, the home is decorated with antiques that have been collected over the years. Each of the two spacious guest rooms has its own private bath and sitting area. One room has an early American decor with an oak queen size bed and companion pieces, while the other has a Victorian queen-size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Either room would provide comfortable accommodations for a romantic get-a-way, business visit to Rolla, or over-night stay while traveling the Interstate (I-44). Guests are free to enjoy the in-ground pool, hot tub, and four acres of wooded grounds that once served as a Civil War campground.
