The Victorian Veranda Country Inn is located on the 57 acre Free State Farm just one mile north of Lawrence, Kansas. The Inn was built in 1998 with 10 guest rooms all with private baths, a library with reading porch, parlor, lobby with gift shop, two dining rooms and a large wrap around veranda. Televisions are optional in your room. The Inn being in this rural setting, you may see a team of horses arriving from the field or just giving carriage rides or hay rack rides.

Victorian Veranda Country Inn is located far enough from the city of Lawrence to be in the country, yet close enough for all of the city conveniences.
