The Lombardi Farm B&B is a lovingly restored Victorian farm. Dr. Vincent and Kathleen Lombardi have used many family antiques and then, augmented the house with hand-made canopy beds.
Breakfast at The Lombardi Farm B&B is served leisurely in the Florida Room. There is always a fruit course with seasonal varieties of fruits. Then, the egg course varies daily; breakfast quiches, Kathy McMuffin, breakfast soufflés, farmers' omelets, served pretty-as-picture with fresh asparagus or portabella mushrooms, or stuffed tomatoes. Then a waffle or pancake course with selections such as oatmeal orange waffles, almond mocha waffles, or breakfast crepes that are chocolate with black cherry filling or orange with fresh strawberries in season. The Lombardi Farm B&B always serves a dessert at breakfast. One day guests receive a cream puff, on other days there are strudels, meringues with raspberry topping.
The farm is two miles from the center of downtown Saratoga Springs, affording guests easy access to downtown, while at the same time a very quiet and peaceful sleep-away from the noise of the clubs and pubs with their late night music.
Guests can enjoy bottle feeding baby goats in the springtime, and just visiting with them the rest of the year. There is a a prize buck, Casanova, and baby buck, Don Juan. There is also a prize French Alpine doe named Lilith who loves to say hello.
