Oaks Inn, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
Regarded as one of Lake Geneva's finest landmarks, The Oaks Estate has provided lodging as a bed and breakfast inn for many years and has been featured in numerous publications. Historically it predates all of the Geneva Lake's notable summer mansions and served as a summer residence for several prominent Chicago industrialists prior to becoming an inn.
In 1997 Mr. Frederick A. Streusen-Reuter II acquired the Oaks Estate. A graduate of Lake Forest College, Mr. Streusen-Reuter received the Austrian Cross of Honour for Science and Art from the President of Austria for his work as founding president of the Woodstock Mozart Festival.
All of our rooms are individually decorated and have a unique charm.
It's like having your own mansion in Lake Geneva!
