Bed & Breakfast At Silver Springs Farm, Lexington, Kentucky
Lexington Kentucky Bed and Breakfast near University of Kentucky
You will love my c:1880 federal style home located on 21 acres of rolling Kentucky bluegrass only 5 miles from downtown Lexington. The Silver Springs Distillery began operation in 1867. We don't make bourbon today, but the old springhouse still stands. Silver Springs is listed on the Survey of Historic Sites in Kentucky. Today, Silver Springs Farm is a horse boarding operation.....we provide bed & breakfast for people and horses !
The Main House has three wonderful rooms with queen or king beds. Common areas are the dining room and the living room/game room. Enjoy spacious rooms, unusual antiques, hardwood floors, walnut doors, dog-leg stairway and unlimited Kentucky hospitality!
The Cottage is a fully furnished, 2 bedroom guest house with kitchen, great room, and sun porch. Just perfect for business travelers.
This is your home away from home....relax on the brick patio, catch 40 winks in the hammock, watch the sunset from an oak swing, read by the fire, play croquet. We look forward to your visit.
