Beddin" Down is a warm and friendly log home with the unique lodge- like style that people have come to associate with Colorado. Take in the 360' mountain views from our 24 acre ranch, breath the fresh mountain air and enjoy our southern hospitality. Sound like a John Denver song? Well, almost heaven just about sums it up !

We have taken the good, bad and ugly of vacationing as a family and tried to make it wonderful experience for everyone, including, Mom. No cooking , no cleaning.....just fun. We love children and we have complete facilities for pets. This includes lodging for horses ! We have 24 acres and a large arena for exercising your horses, as well as, stalls for bedding them down. However, no pets in the house , we have a resident dog and she is very particular who she shares with!

We provide a full service breakfast , evening snacks and beverages. We can also arrange for other meals to be provided at our customers request. We are also famous for our occasional Saturday Night BBQ's. Real Texas BBQ that makes you walk away hollering " Ya'll Come Back Now..Ya Hear"

We are conveniently located in the central part of Colorado. We are 8 miles outside of Salida and 25 miles form Buena Vista. We are two hrs. from Colorado Springs and three hours from Denver. We are located off Highway 285 on County Rd . 160. We have TODS signs to help you find your way.

Our B&B hosts 5 rooms,one of which is a large family room which will accommodate 10 people. We also have a loft for the extra kiddos you might bring along. Our master suite has king-size bed ,tv,phone,and private bath. The other two rooms, share a bath and have queen-size beds. All our rooms are quite unique and different from the other...except for their wonderful views.
