Friends who are family, and family who are friends return again and again to Hidden Valley Guest Ranch. Whether they are coming "home" to simply relax and rejuventate themselves in our huge in room Jacuzzis with fireplaces, or if they are coming to celebrate an anniversary, honeymoon, or other special occasion, they comment that there is no other place like Hidden Valley!



Sitting in the porch swing, gazing out on the five mountaintops which partly configure the 650 acre wilderness, our guests seem to become part of the landscape, their heartbeats slowing to the pace of nature. Deer feed gently while bluebirds, woodpeckers, nuthatches, and goldfinches frequent the birdfeeders. Hikers, photographers, and dreamers each find their own way to enjoy the undeveloped wilderness setting. Each comes home at night to the luxury of a hot Jacuzzi, and a cozy fireplace when the weather is cold.



Four distinct seasons parade by with Dogwood trees in Spring, honeysuckle and blackberries in the Summer, blazing foliage in the Fall, and the crystalline wildness of Winter.



Guest who travel with horses can stable horses overnight in our historic Gambrel shaped barn. Riding trails abound with meadows, hills, creekbeds, and country lanes to choose between each day.
