A charming house located on the banks of the river in the historical urroundings of Cap-Blanc, only a few minutes walk from Place Royale and the oldest street in North America, "rue Petit-Champlain".

We are at the foot of the stairway leading to Plaines d'Abraham. Facing the residence, you may access a cycle path that follows the St-Lawrence River as well as a beautiful park with playground and public swimming pool.
