Canterbury House Bed And Breakfast, Woodstock, Vermont
Vermont bed and breakfast - Located within the picturesque vermont villiage of Woodstock
The Canterbury House is located in the picturesque Village of Woodstock, Vermont. Inspired by the impressive concentration and continuity of late 18th and 19th century architecture, National Geographic Magazine called the village one of the most beautiful in America.
The home we invite you into is an 1880 Victorian townhouse that has been completely restored to offer modern comfort combined with historic authenticity. Standards for historic preservation have been followed in renovating The Canterbury House for use as a tourist home. The house is furnished with Period antiques, but is not a museum set piece. It is our intention that it reflect fine craftsmanship and beautiful surroundings combined with the warmth and hospitality reminiscent of a family homecoming.
