Out and About referred to it as “Classic American gourmet meets German bounty.” Every morning the “family-size” dining table at the Carpe Diem is the meeting point for all guests who like a good cup of coffee, German bread and cakes, waffles, Quiche or other special treats. The common rooms are a great place to relax, read a good book, meet people or chat with new friends. There is a fireplace , video library, complimentary sherry, port and a 24 hour coffee station for your comfort as well as a guestoffice for those that need to stay connected to the "real" world.
