The Roaring Lion serves the general public serving conventional full breakfasts. However, we also accomodate special and vegetarian diets. We prepare macrobiotic breakfasts and are listed in the National Macrobiotic Directory. We prepare vegan and other vegetarian alternative breakfasts.
The Roaring Lion is located in a 1905 Victorian home with stained glass windows, a wrap-around porch, and elegent woodwork throughout the house. We raise our own flowers and most of our vegetables during the growing season and put up enough to get us through the winter. We bake our own sourdough bread and make all of our own jams and jellies.
