Approximately halfway between Madrid and Lisbon, its easy access via highway N-V, 2 hours drive from Madrid, makes this restored olive oil mill (12 rooms all with bathroom) an enchanting inn to enjoy relaxation, walking and birdwatching. 50% of our customers are visitors from foreign countries. Ines, our Chilean cook (in 7 countries with us) prepares optional dinners, international style. Swimming pool in garden looking out on 60 acres of vineyards, olive, cherry and almond trees.
