Packard House was built in 1878. It is situated on "Executive Row" in the Historic village of Mendocino.When we purchased the property in 1997, it despertely needed major renovations, which we immediatly turned all our attention to.A year and a half later; all the rooms at the Packard House have full baths with both a jet tub and separate showers, fireplaces, and most have king size beds. Whale watching can be viewed from both the Pacific View Room and the Chapman Point Room. A full gourmet breakfast is served every morning.
