Homespun Country Inn, Nappanee, Indiana
Our Queen Anne style inn was built in 1902 by Frank and Alma Brown. We have had the pleasure of having two of their granddaughters as our guests. The Homespun Country Inn is located in the heart of Amish Country, within walking distance of seven antique malls and craft shops.
We have filled our home with period pieces. Some of our furnishings are family pieces, but many are the finds of weekend hunting excursions! Our guests are encouraged to enjoy our front porch swing, where they may catch a passing horse and buggy. An ongoing jigsaw puzzle in the front parlor is always available for puzzle enthusiasts.
Our middle parlor provides magazines, newspapers, and books of all kinds, including a bookcase of cookbooks. Movie videos are also complimentary for guests' use. "Homespun Memories" gift corner offers homespun mementos and handcrafted gift items.
Early morning coffee and teas are available at 7:30 am. A full breakfast is served in the dining room each morning. Let us know if you have any special needs.
