Located within the city limits of historic Marshall, MI, Rose Hill has been completely restored to the Victorian period but updated with modern conveniences such as central air, private baths, phones, and cable. The grounds cover 3 and a half acres and include a pool with changing rooms, a tennis court, and gardens. The house has 12-foot ceilings, tall windows, plaster moldings, and authentic architectural detail. Furnishings are Victorian antiques with each of the 6 guest rooms named and decorated for flowers: * the Rose Room with its rose chandelier * the Pansy Room with its curved ceilings * the Morning Glory Room with its impressive English armoire * the Tulip Room with its antique marble sink * the Violet Room with its 8-foot Victorian bed * the Lilac Room with its original claw-foot tub Rose Hill has formal parlors suitable for intimate and impressive wedding ceremonies, casual lounges suitable for meetings.
