Our newly opened waterfront B&B is located in a 3500 sq. ft. historic home. The house is on the banks of the Pawcatuck River and looks out on three major marinas. The first floor common area is comprised of a glassed-in sun porch, a dining room and a large family room. There is also an out door deck and patio for al fresco breakfast and outdoor relaxation. The B&B area on the second floor consists of two bedrooms which open out onto a skylighted solarium with plants and a 4x6 ft hot tub. The two rooms have a shared bath, which is ideal for couples traveling together.



The river is 100 ft from the front door. We have a long, deep water dock (4 ft@low tide) as well as two deep water moorings (12 ft depth) which are available to overnight guests. Nearby are trails that wind through the salt marshes that can be walked or mountain biked. We are located close to both the Mystic, CT area as well as the Rhode Island Beaches.
