Romantic getaway on South Fork of New River near Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina. We offer 2 large suites in top of reconstructed 1880's dairy barn. One suite has French Country decor, the other has Victorian. These suites have 12 foot paladin style window with river view. Carriage house suite with 9 foot paladin style window with river view. This suite has French doors off bedroom onto private balcony/entrance. Log cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Entire top floor is master suite and loft with rocked jacuzzi. Has a woodburning fireplace. Cabin has front porch with rocking chairs and river view. Also has back deck with addarondack furniture.

The Inn is located on railroad bed of Virginia Creeper Train that originated in Abbingdon, Virgina. This is an excellent biking road meandering by the river on small country road. Bike route from Fleetwood to Todd where Todd General Store is located (on historic record). You may rent canoe, kayak, bike or tubes with shuttle service. We are 12 miles from Boone, North Carolina and 15 miles from quaint town of Blowing Rocking. We plant over 1000 annuals in addition to exisiting flower beds. We have a gazebo down by the river with rocking chairs; addarodack furniture around an outdoor fireplace...all with view of river, horses and pasture. We also have a hammock for 2 in the front yard. We offer an elegant setting for a very romantic weekend or weekly stay.

	We offer special promotions at holiday times and "choose and cut" from Thanksgiving to Christmas (stay at least 2 nights with us and get a live 6 foot tree of your choice)
