Since 1995, Marie-France and Serge Bree have been welcoming guests to their dairy farm whose beautiful rooms are rated "3 epis" by the Gites de France (The maximum possible rating is 4 epis).
Centrally located as it is in Normandy, between the "Pays d'Auge" and the Caen Plain, in the village of Airan, the Ferme du Vieux Chateau is the perfect spot from which to expore the region : from Airan it is only 10 miles to Caen, 15 miles to the coastal resort of Cabourg, 45 minutes to the Normandy Landing Beaches, 1 hour to the fashionable resort of Deauville and the picturesque village of Honfleur, and 2 hours to the Mont Saint-Michel.
