This charming Elizabethan inn/hotel offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation. Each room is decorated in a traditional english country style and has its own bathroom. The gardens surrounding the hotel and pub are attractive and there is also a boules pitch (the boules themselves can be borrowed from behind the bar).
The Hayes Arms always provides a warm welcome and is perfectly situated for discovering the many historic sites and fantastic antique shops in the area. There are some lovely walks surrounding Northiam and for the more active, there are a few horse riding centres nearby.
