Old Schoolhouse Bed & Breakfast, Fort Davis, Texas
This renovated 1904 adobe structure served the school children of Fort Davis until the 1930's. It is set in a pecan orchard at the base of Sleeping Lion Mountain. The film Dancer, Texas, Pop. 81 was filmed on our street. Our 3 quaint rooms are named Reading, 'Riting, and 'Rithmatic. Bed sizes available are king, queen, and full. We offer total peace and quiet for our guests, far from hustle of big city life. Each morning, we serve a full breakfast featuring a hot entre, fresh seasonal fruit, homemade bread, juices and coffee. Our shady deck is a favorite place to relax and view the fabulous, star-studded west Texas sky. Come enjoy the hospitality that won the west!
