The 2 story GUEST HOUSE addition is tastefully decorated and offers full privacy including a garden, deck, and BBQ. The ground floor provides an open plan living and dining area with a double sleeper sofa, equipped kithenette and powder room. A spiral staircase leads to a beamed 2nd floor bedroom containing 1 king bed (or 2 twins), an antique trundle bed suitable for a child, a reading area and a full bath.
