We are an intimate New England country inn. Nestled on 400 spectacular acres just 35 minutes from Burlington and 15 from St. Albans, the inn is truly a four-season retreat. Whether you walk our wooded trails, cuddle a spring lamb, listen to a brook, sit by the heated pool and watch the birds or luxuriate in the outside hot tub, you will appreciate our special country atmosphere. Come fall, foliage is just awe-inspiring . After hiking, biking or walking, you may decide to sit before the fire, browse through the antique shop, or simply enjoy the sounds of migrating geese. Winter offers cross-country skiing on our property, with major ski areas near by (Smuggler’s 35 and both Jay and Stowe 55 minutes). Watch the production of maple syrup in our sugar house and taste the results on your pancakes the next morning. A glass of wine, a crackling fire and a friendly cat welcome you at the end of the day.
