Antiques and ambiance are awaiting you at the first inn on the web! The Barrow House Inn consists of two houses, both on the national Register Of Historic Places. Both reflect the early history of the town's founding in 1807, and are located on a quiet street of antebellum homes. You will love the fairy tale town of St. Francisville, which features many historic houses, churches, and shops.

You have a choice of rooms and the most elegant suites, which are all furnished with a fine collection of carefully selected American antiques from the period. All accommodations have a private bath, color TV and include continental breakfast. Three full New Orleans-style egg dishes and our renowned four course gourmet dinner served with sterling silver and fine china are also available.

A unique cassette tape walking tour of the historic district is also included for you. Complete tour information and suggested itineraries are given by the resident owner, plus you can view our original Audubon and teddy bear collections.
