Located near the quaint historic town of St. Francisville, Louisiana, Green Springs Bed and Breakfast is a luxuriant country estate of 150 acres. Typical of the Tunica Hills nature area, there is a creek, an Indian Mound, birds, wildflowers, butterflies and white tail deer for your observation. There is a hiking trail on site to a natural spring in the valley. Native plants and trees are labeled for identification.



The main house was built in 1990-1991 by Madeline Nevill and her late husband Ivan. There are 5000 square feet of space designed in the Louisiana Creole manner for you to enjoy. Interiors are an intriguing blend of old and new with antique furnishings and modern conveniences. You will feel at home in the guestrooms which have queen, king or twin beds and private bath with tub and shower. A plantation breakfast is served in the dining room downstairs, or continental fare can be made available in the cottages.



The cottages on the grounds are historic “shotgun” style, moved to the estate in 1996 and renovated for occupancy. You will feel like royalty in whirlpool tubs and showers. Some have fireplaces. All have wet bar/kitchenettes and private porches.
