Recently purchased by retired Air force Colonel Bennie Blansett and wife Sue, native Texans and resident innkeepers, this beautiful Greek Revival home has stood the test of time, changing from family home to apartments to Bed and Breakfast in 1986. The first traditional Bed and Breakfast in the historic King William neighborhood, this grand old home received the prestigious restoration award from San Antonio Conservation Society in 1987.
Every room is a showplace with period antiques softened by quality fabrics, hand made quilts and antique crochet. Original pine floors and high ceilings combine with queen or king size beds, cable television, mini-refrigerators, coffee, makers, telephones and private baths for the ultimate in comfort and nostalgia.
