The Country Cottage of Langley is a restored 1920's craftsman-style farmhouse, gazebo and cottages. The buildings, in the middle of 1.5 acres of park-like grounds overlooking the seaside village of Langley and the Puget Sound, also view the cascade mountains.
Enter the farmhouse and you're transported back in time. The parlor, done in burgundy, is complimented by white wainscoting, accented by a river-rock fireplace, and dotted with antiques. Pass through French doors to the dining room where the water view may be surpassed by murals of the 4 seasons.
Guests will enjoy a full, hot breakfast in the farmhouse dining room, or have it brought to their rooms to enjoy in total privacy. In summer, the porch and the private decks become another option.
All accommodations, in addition to amenities already named, have private entrance and bath, feather bed, CD/tape player, refrigerator, coffee maker, and fresh ground coffee.
