Built in 1887, The Queen Anne Victorian home is situated on a triple wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood of Downtown College Park, creating an inviting park-like setting. In the 1920s the house was divided into 3 apartments and was restored in summer of 1998 to its original Victorian splendor by the new owners.
