This B&B is a work-in-progress restoration of a vintage property, that houses two spacious, beautifully remodeled guest suites.





Mountain and city lights views. Easy access to the airport, as well as many popular metro area attractions including golf courses and unique desert mountain preserve hiking. Short commute times (20 minutes) to downtown Phoenix and Tempe.





Both suites offer a private entrance, queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. The Bartlett suite, has eclectic decor, city lights and mountain views, and a separate sitting room/bedroom with trundle day bed. The Heard suite has southwestern decor and sports a whirlpool tub. Breakfast is continental and served in the guest's room.
