The King’s Cottage, an elegant Spanish mission style B&B in Lancaster,PA is located between New York City and Washington DC, but worlds apart in lifestyle. Located in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Lancaster City, we are only minutes from the Amish countryside.

Our guests enjoy modern comfort & warm hospitality while visiting Amish quilt shops, farmstands & touring the scenic countryside.





Our bed and breakfast specializes in graciously decorated rooms and personalized guest services. Rooms feature king or queen-sized beds, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, antique armoires, private baths with oversized soaking tubs or whirlpool and some have fireplaces. Enjoy an oversized whirlpool tub, all season fireplace and private balcony in the Princess room.



We offer our guests a full gourmet breakfast, afternoon refreshments & evening cordials.
