This wood frame home was built in the hey day of the Little Falls Mercantile Era (1889.) It has three living salons with Dorian columns,high ceiling, fireplace, a formal dining room , solarium, modern kitchen with fireplace,and music room. A patio door opens on a sun deck surrounded by beautiful trees with a fountain below and garden seat for guests to enjoy. In the front is a large wrap-around porch. All of these features make the Gansevoort House one of the important homes of the region.
