"What a view of the River!", "I love the way you decorate!", "This breakfast is fantastic! I won't eat another thing all day long","Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable.I am going to tell our friends about this place!" These are but a few of the every day statements made by guests at All Seasons River Inn. Featured in Bill Gleeson's book, "Pacific Northwest Weekends for Two; 50 Romantic Getaways" All Seasons River Inn has created an elegant blend of hospitality, spacious luxurious guest suites, and gourmet dining all taking place in the natural setting of the Cascade mountains. Guests have the option of just relaxing in the comfort of their elegant room or indulging in a variety of outdoor activities that change with the season.
With such unique guest rooms it is difficult to decide which room to reserve. A long time favorite, Enchantment Suite has a bay window seating area that offers sprawling views of the river The Jacuzzi tub for two sets in one corner looking out to the mature evergreens and mountains. The private deck is furnished with loveseat glider. The River Bend Suite, named for the breathtaking view of the bend in the river, includes a Jacuzzi garden room. Surround yourself with plants, light a candle, sip a glass of wine and bubble your way to pure bliss overlooking the river in a Jacuzzi tub for two. This room was featured in the Seattle Times article, "Tubs With A View".
But one will feel totally decadent in the very large two room suite, Evergreen. Framed high atop the evergreens, this room is just big. A large bedroom includes gas fireplace, and a comfy sofa set in front of the riverview window. An archway leads to the sitting room with bay window, Jacuzzi tub for two, table and chairs, and refrigerator.
Each morning a very filling gourmet breakfast is served in two dining rooms. Guests often ask for the recipes, all created by the hosts, Kathy and Jeff. One breakfast may offer a cranberry frappe, mango and fresh pineapple atop custard squares and served with a cream sauce, Spanikopitas, potatoe pancakes, orange juice marinated sausages, apple coffee cake and homemade apple sauce. Of course fresh brewed coffee. All this to begin a very active or lazy day.
The hosts are eager to help arrange whatever activities you may desire. Surrounded by the Cascade mountains each season offers a paradise of outdoor sporting activities. But 1 1/2 miles from the inn is the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth where there is a wealth of exceptional shops and outstanding dining choices. To help narrow the choices Kathy and Jeff have prepared a book which gives directions, highlights and suggestions for recommended dining, seasonal activities, and Kathy's favorite shopping picks. And of course they will arrange gift baskets with wine or champagne in the room, rose petals on the pillow, flowers, in-room massages or special dinners.
It is highly recommened to book well in advance, as All Seasons River Inn has been found. This is "A Place To But The World On Hold", one you will want to return to again and again.
