The Quail Hollow Inn in the lovely town of Chester, Vermont is a four-season bed & breakfast in one of the most scenic parts of Vermont.

No matter what time of year you come to visit, there is always something to do. In the fall, Southern Vermont is famous for the best color in the Green Mountains. In winter, our guests are close to Okemo, Killington, Stratton, Bromley, Ascutney and Magic Mountain ski resorts. Plus, five outstanding Nordic & snowshoe centers, and sleigh rides through the snow are a phone call away.

Spring and Summer offer some of Vermont's best trophy trout fishing in the nearby Black River, and if you want a bigger fish to fry, the Connecticut River is minutes away. There are five top notch golf courses just a short drive away, two of them championship 18-hole layouts. Biking, swimming, hiking and kayaking are all within easy reach.

Going mobile without your car is a treat, too. Bike tours take you through Vermont up close and personal. We are within walking distance to the Chester Green, with its many fine shops and restaurants. A stroll down a quiet Vermont dirt road is even closer.

Year round, shopping at fine boutiques and antique shops is everywhere you look, and a major outlet center is a half-hour to our west. Dining choices run the gamut, from five-star, award-winning restaurants to classic country diners.

Vermont is at your fingertips when staying at the Quail Hollow Inn.
