Silver Wood Inn Bed And Breakfast, Divide, Colorado
Divide Colorado Bed and Breakfast near Florissant Fossil Beds
Silver Wood Inn is only 45 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. Guests stay here for the quietness, the superb breakfasts, the world class views and the hosts. Breakfast is served next to the large windows of the Great Room. Deer have left breath marks on those windows. A bear left nose prints and a paw print there. It's a show when a wild animal decides to stop by.
In April, the pasque flowers are the first blossoms of the year. In April and May there are surprise snow storms. In late May or early June you can see the rare fairy slipper. In late June and early July, you can find clusters of columbine. Fall lasts for about 3 weeks beginning in mid-September. Aspen dazzle with brilliant gold, fiery crimson and sunset orange. A walk in the woods floods your vision. Winter has snowstorms, but there are many more days filled with bright sunshine.
Relax, decompress, and unwind in modern comfort in country quiet off the beaten path. We look forward to serving you and sharing Silver Wood with you.
