Conveniently situated on 2 acres facing Historic Route 7A at the edge of town, the land originally belonged to a relative of Samuel Robinson, the founder of Bennington, Vermont who found "the good air of Bennington, healthy." Nearby orchards and farm land provide a countryscape that is five minutes from the business district, shops, historic Old Bennington, and two miles from Bennington College.
