Built in 1999 and opened it's doors in June of 2002, The Walk Inn is a place where you can bring your horses along as you vacation. We provide a six horse "barn" that is connected to the two bedroom two bath house. You and your horse can ride in the in the 80 x 100 riding arena or venture off the property into the adjoining DuPont State Forest. The Walk Inn is located directly on the Little River where on a hot summer day you can wade in the river or if you are a little more daring take a tube ride. In the Spring there is nothing like seeing the horses frolic in the lush green pastures and the cows with their newly born calves. In the Fall, the changing of the leaves will make you want to come back for more. Winter at The Walk Inn is generally mild enough for all of your favorite outdoor activities. If the outdoors are not for you, plenty of area attractions will keep you busy year round. The Walk Inn is just a short drive to Brevard, Hendersonville, and Asheville.
