Baroness Inn, Milford, Texas
Situated in Historic Ellis County, The Baroness Inn is in an area that for 150 years has attracted visitors with a myriad of antique shops, arts and crafts fairs, and a wonderful selection of boutiques and fine dining establishments. Because of the atmosphere, the movie industry has recognized it as one of the premier spots in the nation for film and video production and have used it for the backdrop of such films as Bonnie and Clyde, Tender Mercies, and Places in the Heart. 1850...Milford was considered to be the Halfway Station between Dallas, Ft. Worth and Waco, was named for an old ford on Mill Creek. A community proud and respectful of its upbringing.
